Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. Regrettably, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to the full fee of the scheduled appointment.
Missed Appointments: In the event of a missed appointment (no-show), the full appointment fee will be charged. This fee must be settled before any future appointments can be booked.
Unsettled Fees and Future Appointments: Should the cancellation or no-show fee remain unpaid, we regret that we will be unable to maintain your future appointments.
